The SkidWeigh Plus ED3-EP mobile electric pallet truck scale is designed specifically for use with class III, electric pallet trucks. The system is engineered similar to the ED scale series, able to withstand the most difficult and challenging material handling environments however only Lift Accurate Technology is able to provide +/-1% accuracy of capacity on class III equipment.
Utilizing the same industry leading performance, technology and design as the ED3, the SkidWeigh Plus ED3-EP mobile electric pallet truck scale provides material handling applications with the ability to identify and distinguish loads through information. The ability to input waybill numbers, operator I.D., and vehicle unit numbers along with a ‘real time’ date stamp provides companies the ability to record, categorize and keep accurate records of the loads weighed. Accurate to +/- 1% of weighing capacity this on-board scale is also capable of providing information pertaining to performed safety checks, vehicle utilization, and overload warning. Data output capabilities include printer options including blue tooth.
The system can be easily installed in the hydraulic lift circuit of any class III walkie regardless of capacity and fork length and does not alter the rating requiring the vehicle to be re-plated. Once installed, an even simpler calibration process begins by lifting a known load against the weight of the empty forks or attachment. Once this is acknowledged the system software takes over and the ED3-EPmobile electric pallet truck scale is ready to use. Similar to the ED2-EP, the ED3-EP utilizes an IP67 rated compact digital instrument enclosure that protects against dust and moisture standing up against the toughest material handling environments.
