About us

Darbox Ltd. emerged from the Darplast Group (founded in 1959), to establish a worldwide reputation for excellence in the development, design, production and supply of innovative packaging solutions. Our client list includes leading companies in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food additive industries. Darbox focuses on the development and production of open top, nestable, injection moulded, advanced polymer containers and pails. Products which are UN certified for hazardous substances (powders, tablets, pastes and liquids). By definition, the design and manufacturing criteria required to achieve UN certification give our clients a level of quality and reliability they can trust to ensure safe passage, throughout the supply chain, for today's high value and hazardous materials. Strongly client oriented, we also offer a complete, highly professional design, project management and support service related to packaging in general and UN containers in particular. Darbox is ISO 9001 certified and HAACP approved. Our containers meet the various international codes for the transportation of hazardous goods based on the UN recommendations, including ICAO for air transport, RID/ADR for rail/road, IMDG for sea and the US Department of Transport(DOT) regulations and they are, of course, REACH compliant.
