DME - Danish Micro Engineering A/S, founded by Dr. Curt Sander, developed its first Scanning Probe Microscope in 1987. Ever since, our portfolio of SPM products has been continuously developed and today we are recognized worldwide as a producer of high quality - high performance Scanning Probe Microscopes. Our SPM products can be divided into three main groups; Atomic Force Microscopes - AFM, Scanning Nearfield Optical Microscopes - SNOM, and Scanning Tunnelling Microscopes - STM. We are committed to stay at the forefront of the development in SPM and thereby serve our customers with the best technology available.
