About us
We would like to introduce our company M/s. Radcoflex India Pvt. Ltd. as a subsidiary of M/s. Radcoflex Australia Pvt. Ltd. a world leader in the manufacturing of Composite Hoses and many other flexible hoses and expansion joints. OUR CURRENT PLAN We are pleased to inform that we have commissioned our plant at SIPCOT, Irungattukottai near Chennai and started manufacturing the Composite Hoses as follows: 1. TRANSFUEL - Used for petro fuel 2. TRANSCHEM - Used for chemicals 3. TRANSOIL - Used for black oil 4. SOLCHEM - Used for acids & alkalines 5. SOLFLON PTFE - Used in Chemical & Paint Ind. We have started with 20m length of hoses for 1†to 4†size. With in next 3 months we will commission our second set of machine for 6†size of 12 meter length. Our third phase will be for DOCK hoses of 8 to 10 inches and expected to be commissioned by mid 2006. Our Current (1st Phase) capacity is to produce 175,000 meter of various sizes and quality. This capacity will be increased by additional 60% in near future once we commission all our units. Our RADCOFLEX Brand Hoses will be fully qualified with wide range and end fittings including flanges, nozzles, adopter, quick release coupling or any other end fittings of your choice to current Indian or international standards. As per our company policy, we will be manufacturing the hoses of your brand also if you so desire. Apart from this we can also make hoses without any brand. But we assure as well as guarantee that our quality will be identical. We are trying to be associated with your company as one of the vendor supplier for composite hoses.
