The workshop busbar processing machine is a compact 3-in-1 device suitable for small workshops. It allows punching, cutting, and bending operations on aluminum and copper busbars, and by changing heads, it can also handle crimping and cutting cables. The machine operates with a single power pack, enabling various functions but not simultaneously. It has a bender and cutting capacity of up to 120 x 12 mm, and punching capacity with circle dies from M6 to M18 (rectangle and oval dies are optional). The device features a double-acting hydraulic system, operates at 150 bar pressure, with a power rating of 1 × 1.5 Kw, and a voltage of 220 Volt – 1/50 Hz. Additionally, it is equipped with 4.0 industry technology for process feedback during operation. The main desk dimensions are 70 x 60 x 100 (H) cm, and it uses 20 liters of hydraulic oil.
