About us
Arflu has extensive experience in the design and manufacture of industrial valves for the Petrochemical, Gas, Water, Energy and Marine markets. This experience enables Arflu to offer the industry duly tested valves of very high quality and durability. Over the years, the company has designed and developed new products aimed at the industry of the leading international companies. Arflu has a production plant in Sopela (Bizkaia, Spain) and offices in Madrid (Spain), UAE, Houston, Mexico, Indonesia and China. It also has partners in almost every country in the world, allowing the company to supply products quickly and effectively and to provide customers with optimum sales service from the manufacture of the product, to its implementation and service. Arflu’s technical department is responsible for developing new products and revising existing ones based on market needs. For this purpose, Arflu has the latest tools for the design of its valves. All the products are manufactured in order to ensure high quality and reliability. From the initial steps of the design, the use of three-dimensional programmes, allows Arflu to increase efficiency in the sizing and adjustment of the different elements of the valve. This enables interferences between valve elements to be checked and modified in the design phase, significantly reducing design revision time. Once the design has been completed in 3D, the programmes allow the drawings for machining to be prepared in a quick and effective manner. The finite element calculations enable the thicknesses of all elements to be adjusted, thereby ensuring perfect operation, along with savings in raw material costs without compromising quality. All this is achieved thanks to an ongoing innovation programme. In keeping with these technological advances, Arflu is committed to the supply of large-diameter valves. Arflu has the capacity to produce larger valves to satisfy the increasing needs of the industry.
