Introduction:
ASSEN ZYD-I type transformer oil regeneration machine is particularly suitable for regenerating used and aged transformer oils and insulating oils.
The two-stage high vacuum transformer oil regeneration system not only provides the functions of dehydration, removal of impurities, but also removes the decay products and discoloration of acidity, sludge, free carbon, deep oxides and other soluble oil. It can increase the voltage of the insulating oil, make the indexes of the insulating oil such as acid and PH reach the national standard, and increase the index of the insulating oil. This is achieved through the use of high vacuum degassing technology and particulate filtration machine, as well as our special fuller earth. After processing, the oil can be reused.
Features:
1.It can treat deteriorated transformer oil.
2.It can significantly improve oil color. Dark-colored oil can be retrofitted to the color less than 1.5.
3.It can recover aging insulating oil electrical with PH value ≥5.5, acid value ≤0.03 mg koH/g, or dielectric loss factors tgδ (90℃) ≤0.001 back to new oil characteristics.
4.Economical. Extremely dirty oil can be reused after regeneration. The cost of purchasing regenerated oil is typically less than 90% of new oil.
5.Control of strategic asset is retained. Oil in use is an asset. Use of regeneration technology removes dependence of the oil company on replacement suppliers and isolates them from wildly fluctuating external market prices.
